STANDARD SERVICE WARRANTY
All new systems or equipment installed by Edge Technologies, LLC come with a free 90-day service warranty for any problems including programming adjustments and manufacturer warranty issues. After 90 days, standard service rates apply. Equipment typically comes with a 1 to 5-year manufacturer warranty.

All customers requesting service must sign 1 of the 3 service plan offerings before Edge can schedule a technician or perform service on your system.
Please email service@edgetechs.net to request a custom quote for a Preferred or Premier service plan. We will evaluate your system size and support needs to supply a firm fixed price for your annual AV service needs.
